To get to know the app, please don’t contact us first thing. First read the three user-friendly documents we provide: (1) Quick Start Guide, (2) User Guide, and (3) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The Quick Start and User Guides each come in two versions: 1-column and 2-column. The three documents are available within the app and here. We made font sizes large to make it easy to read on iPhones, iPads, and iPods. If you can’t find an answer to your question after reading these documents, as a courtesy, only then contact us with a question.
